Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, names new president/CEO

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, recently announced the selection of Jim Mullen to serve as the new president and CEO of one of Northeast Ohio’s largest comprehensive health and human services organizations.

He will succeed Patrick Gareau, who will retire in January.

La Crosse Catholic Charities Warming Shelter sees rise over holiday

Despite a fairly mild winter with only a little snow on the ground, La Crosse's Catholic Charities Warming Center has seen an uptick in attendance. The warming center located on Third Street is open nightly at 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. and they've had to turn some people away due to limited capacity.
