Catholic Charities hosts Sexual Assault Awareness march

 A march occurred at the Mississippi State Capitol to bring awareness to sexual assault.

Organized by Catholic Charities Jackson, the event was held on April 2, 2026, during Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

Through this event, organizers sought to showcase different resources available to victims of sexual assault, such as therapists and shelters for victims of assault.
