Assisi Bridge House to remain open as Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux finalizes new operating partnership

The Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux has announced the Assisi Bridge House will remain open, reversing previously announced plans to close the facility at the end of August.

This announcement comes as the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux is currently in ongoing discussions with an organization that is committed to continuing the Assisi Bridge House’s ministry through a new operating agreement, according to a news release.
