Fall River fire prompts focus on New Hampshire assisted-living safety

Doris and Richard Rand have been inseparable since the 1950s. In August, they'll mark 70 years of marriage, and they're spending those golden years under the same roof, thanks to Catholic Charities.


The couple lives at St. Teresa Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Manchester, one of six senior living facilities operated by Catholic Charities New Hampshire. They say the ability to stay together — and feel safe doing so — means everything.
