Genesee County agencies are scrambling after learning Catholic Charities Center for Hope warming center won't be able to take in as many people this winter based on a new Flint fire marshal ruling. For years, the center on Root Street in Flint has been a safe haven for many, offering resources to those who need a helping hand.
