Project Cool running low on box fans as San Antonio heat continues

With the summer heat still cranking, Project Cool is running low on box fans and asking San Antonians to help restock its supply.

Project Cool, a partnership between United Way, the City of San Antonio, Catholic Charities and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, provides box fans to seniors in hopes of offering relief from the heat while potentially helping lower utility costs. Demand for free fans continues to to outpace donations.
