Over 50 affordable housing units under construction in Richmond church’s backyard

Local leaders and congregants of St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church broke ground Sunday morning on a new community for low-income individuals.

56 units are being built in “Greenway Village.” They will be available for people earning between 40-60% of the area median income.
